Therapy Program Manager Jobs
A therapy program manager is responsible for supervising a team of occupational therapy professionals. Specific duties of an therapy program manager include being responsible for the performance of all the occupational therapy personnel in the team; planning an entire occupational therapy program; ensuring that the program delivers the expected value to the organization; requisitioning and utilizing various resources to support the program needs; handling various administrative issues; making sure that best value addition takes place in the program; ensuring that the program moves on properly; promoting the occupational therapy program; working on special projects and performing several other tasks. A therapy program manager typically reports to the occupational therapy director.
A therapy program manager should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant area. Excellent academic credentials are essential. Several years of experience in occupational therapy is essential for a therapy program manager position.
