Description:\rJob SummaryProvides direct patient care under the supervision of Licensed OTR based on the Physician's order and the Occupational Therapy evaluation with written plan of care. Treatment focused on quality, goal attainment, and improved functional outcome in relation to patient's age and condition. Supervises OTA students and volunteers. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision, and values of Phoebe.
