Seeking an energetic team member to join our Information Technology term.
Primary Responsibilities: Applications development and implementation; Design, testing and implementation and maintenance of our electronic medical record (EMR) system and other software applications as required. Design, develop and modify custom Crystal Reports, spreadsheets, and SQL queries to be used for business analysis. Create and maintain Change Documentation;
Provide user support, quickly addressing and resolving issues; serve as a liaison with outside IT consultants; assist in annual external reviews/audits that require the output of system information .
Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer science or computer engineering is required.
Expertise in Crystal Reports is preferred, strong knowledge is a must.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel (Advanced level a plus); Access;
Working knowledge of SQL
Ability to solve practical problems
Ability to work well in a variety of environments, with a variety of people and solving problems “on your feet
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize and complete complex tasks within a given deadline.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong and demonstrated training skills
Preferred Knowledge of Visual Basic Language
Working experience of Netsmart Technologies suite of products, in particular Clinical Work Station and Practice Management
