Occupational Therapist - Behavioral Psych','177180','On Call','Day','Occupational Therapy','Washington-Seattle','','!*!Swedish Medical Center is looking for an Occupational Therapist (Per Diem, Days) to work in Behavioral Psych at Swedish Ballard in Seattle, WA.
The occupational therapist (OT) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of occupational therapy services. Services are delivered within the framework of a team approach, appropriate disciplines, significant others, and the patient. These services are delivered in compliance with ethical standards, policies and procedures, national and professional standards, state practice acts for physical therapists, and current accepted state of the art practice.
In this position you will:
Evaluate and develop individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
Implement treatment program
Reassess treatment results and discharging planning ','!*!
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate from an accredited program of Occupational Therapy
Washington state occupational therapy license or limited permit
Valid driver’s license and vehicle registration
Insurance coverage as mandated by the State of Washington
