We need a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA to provide treatment, tests, client education and appropriate interventions as delegated by a licensed Occupational Therapist to assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well being.
We currently have a need for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant on a PART-TIME and PER DIEM basis with our Maui, HI office.
Each Occupational Therapy Assistant must:
Have a current OTA license in the State of Hawaii.
Have graduated from a two-year college level program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, or
Have two years of appropriate experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam conducted, approved or sponsored by the U.S. Public Health Service when initial qualification occurred before December 31, 1977, and
Have at least one year’s work experience under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist.
