VICE PRESIDENT, HEALTHSOURCE GLOBAL (HSG) LEADERSHIP AND CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY Provide inspirational hands on leadership within the Company, AMN and the healthcare community. Cultivate a strong and transparent working relationship with AMN’s leadership team and ensure open communication about the measurement of HSG’s performance against stated goals. Responsible for developing and maintaining HSG’s strategic plan, ensuring its service offerings excel within the rapidly evolving healthcare industry. Responsible for driving the Company to achieve market leadership positioning and surpass business goals and objectives. Provide leadership for the planning, guiding and implementing of all community giving strategies including both time and monetary commitments. Support the recruitment, selection, individual development and monitoring of all employees to ensure the Company maintains world class talent. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, STRATEGY, and EXECUTION The Vice President will drive revenue and EBITDA through the expansion of current service offerings, Rapid Response, customer diversification, and the opportunity for a broader market presence. Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. Set individual and organization-wide goals, objectives, and KPI’s that align to the organization’s long-range strategic objectives around client success, revenue growth and product diversity. Create a shared strategic vision between HSG and AMN and guide employees and other executive officers towards achieving that vision. Create sales initiatives to leverage AMN’s extensive client base, including lead sharing and cross selling programs. Embrace HSG’s entrepreneurial, customer centric, and giving back culture that rewards innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Foster a culture of continuous process improvement by soliciting feedback and implementing positive changes across projects. FINANCIAL PLANNING Recommend yearly budget for AMN’s approval and prudently manages organization's resources within those budget guidelines. Develop sound business plans, and operating forecasts, to meet the financial goals and objectives of the corporation. Assess the financial performance of the organization and to ensure alignment with company financial goals and strategy. Continue to develop and implement strategies to improve gross margin. SALES, RECRUITMENT & OPERATIONS Work closely with internal partners to measurably add value for the sales team and its clients while continually positioning AMN as a strategic partner. Consult clients on strike staffing best practices both onsite and remotely. Manage internal marketing resources to develop, implement, and measure innovative client/candidate strategies Accompany Account Managers and subject matter experts in onsite meetings with clients to present HSG’s strike staffing solution. Oversee operations for large scale emergency staffing projects ranging in size of 50-3000 replacement staff needed. Provide strategic direction and tactical insights to improve sales/recruitment productivity. Serve as the chief spokesperson for the company, for customers and AMN alike Provide leadership to internal sales/recruitment teams to maximize demand generation, retention, delivery, customer experience and loyalty. Continue to expand sales/recruitment teams and provide guidance and leadership to new individual contributors. Perform management functions in the area of but not limited to accurate pipeline management, monthly reporting, and region tracking. Personally build “trusted advisor” relationships with key client executives. Work closely with internal partners to measurably add value for the sales team and its clients while continually positioning AMN as a strategic partner. Manage internal marketing resources to develop, implement, and measure innovative client/candidate strategies Preferred Experience: 7-10 plus years of progressive healthcare recruitment and operations experience Active affiliation with appropriate professional healthcare networks and organizations, preferred Knowledge and experience in healthcare recruitment, candidate sourcing and networking, technology, quality, and/or process improvement. Superior oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team members TO APPLY ~~~ Respect ? Passion ?
