Treats patients according to plan using conventional treatment methods.Completes all patient documentation.Initiates and documents patient teaching including family and/or significant others. Uses appropriate Patient Education documentation modality.Demonstrates open and effective communication with other health care providers.Demonstrates an active involvement in continuous learning.Participates in activities that promote department operations and program development.Committee involvement.','!*!EXPERIENCERequired - NonePreferred - Previous experience in an acute care, outpatient, or rehab hospital.EDUCATIONRequired - Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy. Possession of a valid Virginia license to practice OT or in the process of obtaining licensure within 90 days though a traineeship and board exam. If licensure is not obtained within 90 days, the circumstances will be reviewed.
