Uses appropriate Patient Education documentation modality.Demonstrates open and effective communication with other health care providers.Demonstrates an active involvement in continuous learning.Participates in activities that promote department operations and program development.Committee involvement.','!*!EXPERIENCERequired - NonePreferred - Previous experience in an acute care, outpatient, or rehab hospital.EDUCATIONRequired - Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy. Possession of a valid Virginia license to practice OT or in the process of obtaining licensure within 90 days though a traineeship and board exam. If licensure is not obtained within 90 days, the circumstances will be reviewed. CPR certification or within 90 days of employment.Preferred - Advanced training in a specialty area related to specific patient populations.','Occupational Therapist PRN
